Administrator Role 


After 14 years of faithfully serving Promise Keepers [PK], our previous Administrator needed to spread her wings and explore new territories. We are now looking for someone to fill the big shoes she has left.

This role is 100% work from home, so you must have effective time management to complete tasks. You are an excellent communicator as you will be responding to all email enquiries, responsible for weekly and monthly email circulations.

You will be responsible for checking the post office mailbox at least once a month or when required, sorting out postal mail as we receive it.

You will need to be highly experienced with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and have some experience with the CRM Microsoft Office Suite Dynamic-365 to keep the database up to date.

You will be experienced dealing with reconciling bank statements, expenses and you will be familiar with Xero to process payment authorisation and other authorised tasks on Xero.

You will assist with organising regional events and putting together information packs, organise travel logistics for PK staff and guests where and when required.
