Christchurch Promise Keepers Men’s Event Praise Report:
The Promise Keepers Event was amazing, says PK Board Chairman Nu Telea, reflecting on a powerful gathering where more than 150 men came together at Elim Church Christchurch to worship Jesus and encourage one another.
Pastor Anton Punivai from iSEE Church delivered a timely message that set the tone for the event's core theme: "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord."
Nu Telea shares that the event has generated a strong sense of community and a lasting spiritual impact among the men of the South Island, highlighted by a true spirit of unity and collaboration. That synergy shone through a combined worship team from four churches, a pastoral Q&A panel, and men from many churches standing side-by-side.

On Sunday morning, several attendees shared encouraging testimonies of what God accomplished in their hearts:
Micah highlighted how the gathering provided a safe space for men to be open about where they are at, lift each other up, and pray together for those in need.
Michael shared, "The worship was awesome and I connected with God. During the worship and afterwards, God spoke to me about not being afraid. In the group I showed my vulnerability and what I'm going through, the challenges I faced. The others in my group started opening up about the deep struggles they are having."

Vikash described the power of brothers standing in one mind and spirit, noting, "The way the men sang and worshipped the Lord, it was powerful. I know the gates of hell were shaken."
We give thanks to God for all that He did during the event and in the transformed lives of the men who attended.
